Default Favorite fantasy fluff character.

whats your favorite? it can be from any warhammer books, and no made up ones.

mine would have to be teclis(HE), skaw(WE), and malus darkblade(DE).

Hmmm... I'd say Gilles le Breton from history. But for 'present' day... Teclis and Tyrion, remind me of myself and my brother.

ROFL. Actually, my brother is athletic and takes a leading role a lot of the time in his footy team. Me, I'm a cronic asthmatic, always short of breath but regarded as the 'loner' or intellectual.... not much of a comparrison but enough for me...

Oh, and I do enjoy the fluff for Malus Darkblade as well

Me and the people I play against most all have our own characters. Many of which are pretty well known now.

So my choices most of you won't ever have heard of and they are obviously unofficial, Danzig, Valmont etc. But officially:

Warlord Queek is awesome, Skaven that has martail honour and challenges !.

Ailric Cyanwolf(sp?) is awesome with his chaos army. The higher ranked you are the bigger blade you are allowed to have. His weapon is totally massive. Plus they all just look awesome.

Grunssons Maraurders(sp? again) are a group or adventurers, they have loads of short stories on them. If any of you have ever played Quest (the greatest GW game ever), they are pretty much like your typical warband out of that.

IE read the fluff for Teclis and Tyrion - pretty cool. Obviously I prefer Archaon, but the fluff for Malekith is pretty cool as well.

Historically, the stuff about Aenarion (I think that's how you spell it) rocks!

Nagash - He was simply awesome with a wealth of history to offer, as well as rocking as a model (at the time) and nasty incarnate

I'm also a fan of Malkeith (witch king of naggaroth) - although I prefered his old picture - very nasty looking (the new minature is a bit...lacking - simply doesn't convey the power of the witch king as say tyrion's model convey's the atmosphere of nobility and honour of tyrion)

Love deathmaster's snitch - nasty little bu**er he is hehehe

I like stretta because he's an awesome model - and a special character who isn't simply ridiclous in power - the high elf special character's, archaon, lord kroak are simply ridicolous (although kroak has a GIGANTIC points tag). They are far to powerful for the points cost - armies like tomb kings which struggles to bring serious damage to bear, or armies which rely on combat prowess to defeat enemies (orks and yes chaos) struggle to fight against this giants of war, and armies like dark elves have to muster there own character's to fight them - no fun my friend having to try and draw upon unequal character's to fight against these titan's of the battlefield
