I'm not sure if this should go in here, but you (mods) can move it if its in the wrong place.

I've been trying for some time to download the Dogs of War rules from the GW site, but every time i try and open the Adobe document it download, it freezes my internet and comp. I've tried going on the Adobe site and downloading the latest edition as advised on the GW site, but still no result. Does anyone have the 'army book' and if so, could you PM me?

I had that problem a days ago... But now I can download it normally. Try again, maybe it'll work.
