Is Cult of Slaanesh still legal?
In the advent of the new Dark Elf Codex, is the Cult of Slaanesh still Tournament-legal?

Yeah, it's Storm of Chaos.
As far as I know, none of the Storm of Chaos armies are considered "legal" anymore.

Storm of Chaos lists are kind of strange territory. GW has outlawed them in UK tournaments, but I know that other areas still allow them. However, once a new army book comes around GW (at least from what I've seen) tends to axe the SoC lists associated with that army as there will inevitably be some compatibility issues.
So, your best bet is to use caution and check ahead with the local shops and tourney organizers (should you plan to enter a tourney)
