Default Help with clarifying some rules.

I need help with a few clarifications, and I appreciate the help.

When the models are removed and brought back with the without number rule and are also outside of synapse range. Do these models take a morale check and if failed they get to roll two D6 toward the nearest synapse, and pretty much allowed to move more than their max?

Are lictors only vulnerable to the deepstrike mishap test if they scatter within a piece of area terrain into a unit occupying the same piece of terrain? Also, if they scatter off the area terrain, but would have landed into a near by unit but the unit is outside the area terrain, the lictor is placed just as near to the edge of the area terrain as allowed?

Well, they must take a Synapse test if they are out of range and want to move. Since you are moving onto the board, yes, you must test. If you fail you run towards the nearest Synapse creature.

I haven't gotten ahold of the new 5th edition rules yet, so I cannot answer this question. :-[

However, in 4th, if they scattered into contact with a unit they were destroyed like normal.

As far as the w/o number ruling, I believe that they are brought in at the beginning of your turn. You would then test for IB if you are outside of Synapse. If you are outside of range, you make the test to move the 2D6. If there was not a Synapse creature on the table though, your new unit would probably run off the table.

Yes.

Lictors never scatter out of the piece of area terrain that you select. They will go to the edge and go no further. The mishap table now makes Lictors a little more safe from units that are lurking the piece of cover that you wanted to come into.
