How many Feeding Tendril Heads come on the Genestealers Sprue?

One. Sadly.

Well, maybe two. But one for every four genestealers.

If you want a whole army of them (like I wanted =P) then find someone who doesn't like them and has a lot of 'stealers and get their spares.

Theres only 1 head for each upgrade and four standard heads

Two head, no more no less. Never more than two, always more than one, three is way out.

Alright enough of the Monty Phyton stuff....

You only have one head per sprue, so there are two head sprues in a Genstealer box, so expect two heads only.

Adding to this, one of the heads has no lower jaw and dosnt fit onto the body properly, why? Is it trying to inspire/make it easier for people to convert the head

That is a genestealer skull. It is meant to be put as scenery.
