If you mean throughout the army, yes
If you mean on one model...

I can't find anything that says that you can't...but considering that the zoanthorpe is the only one that can take more that one power, I can't really see why you would take more than one of the same power.

IMO most of them compliment the other, eg. Warp blast and warp field i would take together.

if anything else i would atke synapse, since it is one of the first things targeted by the enemy. So the more synapse the better

In summary...I can't find anything that says no you can't

Nothing ever says you cannot, however, every power that you can double has some way of stopping you from getting any purpose of using it twice, save maybe catalyst.

Scream says it stacks per model, so two screams on the same zoan = still one model with scream
Synapse... Double synapse? I'ono.
Warp blast replaces your shooting phase, you can't replace twice, although I suppose you could make a case for 'twin-linking' the psychic power... But good luck.
Catalyst... Maybe, but I don't like this power anyways, so I don't really think about it.
Warp-field can't be taken twice, thankfully. "Bububububut I have Warp field twice! That means I get to re-roll my save!" "uhhh... No. :shoots with ap2 weapon: Gunna reroll a 6+? Yeah. Sit down."

There's some other power I'm forgetting, I think, but that pretty much covers it. Nothing says you can't, except common sense. ;D

It says in the hive mind power rules that catalyst can be used once per turn at the beginning. Does this mean once per creature with catalyst or once per catalyst power chosen.

I.e. a zonathrop gives catalyst to two units a turn

This is the only one that I am unsure of ????

Well Zoanthrope automatically has warp field...
