Default 500 point Combat Patrol army

Ok basicly im a total noob, haven't played a game of 40k yet. Me and some mates are going to be playing 500 point combat patrol games using 5 edition rules. So far I know that I will be facing Imperial guard and there are some others interested in getting Space marines, Chaos and Tau.

The Imperial Guard army is basicly 2 Sentials with Autocannons and 3 infantry squads with a command squad. They also have 1 heavy bolter and 2 autocannons in those 4 units.

So with my list im thinking of going with

30 Termgaunts at 180 points

6 Genestealers with feeder tendrils at 102 points

And the other 218 points made up with Warriors

What I want to know is how should I set up my warriors?

Im worried about the Sentials, as at the moment ive only got the genestealers who have very little chance of actually doing any damage.

So what do you guys think of the list? And what should I do with my warriors? Any suggestions will be wecome.

I would take fewer Termagaunts and get more genestealers and maybe a Lictor. You want to get the guard into CC as fast as you can.

1st dont be worried about those 2 legged chickens seems a trouble but their are weak if you face them in close combat.

About youre list seems a good one but I would try this way.

HQ

Tyranid warriors (3)
- 1x barbed Strangler - 2x deathspitters
- 1x toxic sacs - 1x enhanced senses
- 1x rending claws - 2x scything talons

total: 101pts

Tyranid warriors (3)
- extended carapace - adrenal glands (+Iniciative)
- rending claws - scything talons
- leaping - all with flesh hooks

total: 120pts

Troops

9 genestealers
- flesh hooks

total: 153pts

12 Termagants
- without number

total: 126pts

Army total: 500pts

This army seems pretty nasty, for most of the game be concerne about cover, you will need plenty of it.
Youre genestealers have been packed up in a brood of 9, in this way if they find out out of synapse, they wont have to test Ld checks if they lose 1 model or 2. The flesh hooks on them is to make sure you will attack first at youre Iniciative 6 even if you charge an oponent inside cover.

I´ve placed 2 types of tyranid warrior broods, one for range and other for close combat.
This way you will keep the range behind to cover youre moves and the close combat warriors will go up with the genes to make the attacking blow on youre oponents army. The close combat warriors got 3 attack base (4 at charge) all with rending rules, like the genestealers, to give a bitter fight even against marines .
Their leaping means as well you will charge them at 12" and with the mix of iniciative 5 you will mostly attack first as well as the genes with the flesh hooks, this ones will attack at their normal iniciative values even if they charge inside cover.
The termagants will fullfill the normal brood with without number rules, just keep them coming and take all cover you can get.
This is an ideia, keep this in mind and for all of these talks stuff, this army seems pretty fine to a combat patrol.

My favourite army is the one with

3 warriors with 1x barbed strangler and 2x devourers, all rending, enhanced senses and carapace, 1x toxic sacs.
2 broods of 9 genestealers with flesh hooks
1 lictor

This list was extremely effective during a 500pts combat patrol game and if you play it well and with wise moves you can win the 2nd place like me
