Default Finished Desert Board Table.

I have just finished work on a new desert board for a campaign my friends and I are doing. You will notice it looks just like the tice board but brownish and no ice.
Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks,

JPBELLAVANCE

Great look!

The peices fit quite well, and it has a very barren look, also I like creavace/mud river. Desert-fighter Tau look good too, and do I spy a converted tank in the background?

That looks brilliant, what paints did you use ? What did you use for the sand texture ?

Thanks!

I used Home Depot paint, eggshell gloss. I then used paint used for airbrushes to shade in all of the other areas to give it a more natural look. Also I just used normal playbox sand also found at Home Depot. Glued that down and let it dry for 2-3 days. The seams, between each section really dont show like in the picture. I just had to take the picture on my deck which is not the most level surface in the world.
