pathfinder tetra speeders
hey everyone i was looking at the forge world imperial armour tau site and i saw a vehicle i want to get in my army (tetras).
i think they look really cool and want to get some in my army but cant find the rules for them. if anyone knows the rules for using tetras please tell me. xv15 kill team ko'vash tau'va!

siggy currently under construction... unfortunatly i made the mistake of hiring constuction workers who are high school dropouts with 5 o clock shadows and generaly only answer to "hey fatty" or "stop urinating on my property or im calling the police!". But they stand around and spit alot so i figure they must be halfway decent construction workers... |

we cant tell you but there a book that cam out that has the rules i like these models two i have four of them and 2 TAU PIRANHA

It's the Imperial Armour 3 Book from Forgeworld, there is a whole load of Tau stats and hints/previews of the things that will be in the upcoming Tau Codex Update.

I don't remember the exact rules, but it basically is a mobile markerlight. This makes it worth it's weight in points if you play Mech Tau.

The rules for both the Tetra and Pirana were both downloadable, but I think they took them down because they're in Imperial Armor 3 now. It's kinda lame, but there's some good stuff in that book, so I guess it balances out. You may also want to check out the Imperial Armor update (2004? I think so), as it has two types of Tau fliers and their heavy drones.
I haven't played with Tetras (I haven't played, period, lol.), but I'd imagine Tetras are great if you're mech Tau, as previously mentioned, or just want markerlights for the sake of dropping seeker missles on hard targets. If you're looking to get the 2+ against infantry groups, you're probably better off gonig with a pathfinder team. The Tetras sure are neat looking, though!
