Large but fast, agile, and light walkers bristling with firepower... That's a Gundam. ^^;;;

Which makes it perfect for a Tau Endurance walker. Count me in.

I could see a super heavy walker, but i still think that overall they would use a tank of some kind, probably like the eldars super heavy skimmers. the skimmers would be more viable from the Tau's point of view as they would still be highly mobile, but still pack enough fire power to fell some of thier foes most powerful war machines. Also, as the tau like most things standardized a whole new arsenal could spring forth from a single vehicle design much like the different bane blades and storm swords. Though the base design would be the same, each could field different weapons to deal with different threats.

I have had a thought (shocking I know). titans seem to always be bipedal so.....what about a quadrupedal tau titan??

if one made a quadrupedal titan then it would be faster and more stable than imperial equivalents and it would be less close combat oriented. this also makes a potential super heavy size vehicle that can carry all the fun toys and still be fast, not a HUGE waste of resources, and also could be more easily stored/dropped in.

plus who doesn't want a giant mechanical dog with giant guns to be stalking the enemy from behind allied lines???
