Hi all,

For the Airbursting Fragmentation Projector, I understand that it disallows cover saves, but does it still require Line of Sight? Or can I fire it over a wall to hit soldiers hiding on the other side?

It's a Barrage Weapon. And as such it can be fired indirectly but you do not minus the firers BS from the Scatter roll when you do this. It also pins when fired in this way .

Wait, what? Where does it say this?

Page 32 of the core Rulebook states that all barrage weapons are pinning weapons as well.

keep in mind also that the book was written for 4th edition where a barrage weapon was indicated by a "G". The "G" meant guess weapon, because a couple of editions back you used to have to guess range for weapons that didn't require line of sight. In any case, the "G" in the profile of the Airbursting frag projector is currently understood to indicate that it's a Barrage weapon.

It's not 'currently understood', it's explicitly stated on page 32 of the rulebook.

It's pinning no matter how it's fired, mate. The rule for firing at targets it cannot see is in a different point than the rule stating that "all barrage weapons are pinning weapons as well."
