Does anyone know when the 5th edition codex will come out for the Tau?

My guess would be 2-3 years down the line... They hates us. >.>


Who knows though? GW has the nasty habit of ret-conning, revamping, and reneging on many of the things they promote to players.


With DE sculpts being in the works from at least the last quarter, the current rumors of Space Wolves and possibly Necrons, I doubt Jervis is any hurry to shoot us a new codex. Not to mention the efforts going into the Fantasy system by some of their designers.

Yeah I do not think tau will come out for a while.

its highly unlikely that they would do us soon but i reckon if enough people start supporting tau it might get done quicker.

e.g. space marines-one of the first codexes in most editions (excluding side chapters like space wolves) because so many people collect them.
