I think that saying 3 are allowed is alright, because it's only a number, there's a certain extent to what GW can copyright. However the rules for them aren't allowed to be posted.

Of course you are allowed to say that you can have 3, you can say that a Fire Warrior with [Edited] is no match for a [Edited] Hive Tyrant, you just can't post stat lines, or pts costs, well you can post pts costs, but it may infringe the copyright, but not that much...
