Default Decoy Launchers ?

I was wondering.

In the description of the decoy launchers, it says [i]"Whenever an Immobilised result is rolled on the Glancing Hit Vehicle Damage table, the Tau player may force his opponent to re-roll the dice, though the second result stands, even if it is worse."[i]

Since there is no Glancing Hit Vehicle Damage table in 5th ed. - how does people play with this ?

The way I see it, it either works whenever an immobilised hit is scored, regardless of whether the hit was glancing or penetrating, OR it only works if the hit that scored immobilised was a glancing hit.

What do people play with ?
