Default new rules and relentless rule

im sorry if this question has been asked before but with tha new rules out, are drones able to fire heavy weapons and still move because of the new rule?

Because the Relentless rule is associated with a specific type (that is, jet pack jump infantry) and because (with the exception of the the fast attack version of gun drones) all drones from a drone controller take on the type of their controlling model.

This means that a drone attached to a crisis suit or a stealth team gets the jump jet type, and thus gain the relentless ability. A drone attached to a FW or Pathfinder squad would not.

Yeah, like Unusualsuspect said, marker drones can fire on the move if attached to a model with jetpacks.
