Default 6 FW carbines or 5 Gun Drones?

With troops having an obvious boon in 5th, it should seem simple enough. But, pound for pound (in this case 60 pts) which would be more worth the points?
I already include a mounted FW rifle squad and a 10 carn. kroot squad w/ 6 hounds and one 10 carn. kroot squad. But I'm a bit torn on whether or not I want a dismounted FW squad or 5 drones. Which would be more survivable-- which have the potential for more damage?

Dronesthey have better mobility, slightly better shooting, and better initiative.

And they can deepstrike and hit rear armor, etc.

How is their shooting better? Each individual hits 5.6ish percent of the time more, but there's 20% more Fire Warriors for the same price.

I personally think the Mobility and ability to JSJ is worth it, and the initiative means they might actually make a dent in, say, Space Marines... but they certainly aren't better shots.

Plus the carbine have the added bonus of giving you a 4th scoring unit...and this one can pin...sometimes.

They are better shots individually I meant. The points difference is easily made up through the other abilities.

I think the math-hammer IS in the favor of the drones, and can probably assist a mounted FW squad with FoF by blocking out the sides of the devilfish from an assault (using JsJ after the FW squad fires):

X2 Gun DroneX DevilF XX 5 Gun DroneXXX

<-- FW -->

But... as far as scoring units and more bang for the buck-- what about 10 kroot or 7 firewarriors (with either rifles or carbines) for 70 pts?

I would be incline to say fire warrior for the higher survivability,with rifles. You don,t get as many shots but you do get better distance and a much better armor save...useful for that last turn of holding that objectif.
