here is my current army list

12 firewarriors
16 kroot
4 stealth suits
2 pathfinders
2 crisis battle suits

what should i get next????

also not sure what i should paint my kroot i thought of blazing orange and bleached bone

2 Devilfishes for your FW

2 more stealth suits to max the squad

4 more Kroot to max the squad

1 more Crisis battlesuit to max the squad

get at least 4 more pathfinders to max the squad

get a devilfish for your pathfinders

get 3 broadsides

get at least 1 or 2 Hamerheads

Avalonsurfer has it down right and very thorough, but I would make some personal change but this is for me.

I would do re order his list:

First spot on the List-the 12 firewarriors (these are the backbone of your army, I field 20 FW min at all times)

changes:
(1) Move the crisis to the second spot.

The crisis ( one can be a shas'el or shas'O with the other two crisis taking up separate elite slots). Lone warriors so cover more area with them.

(2) Move the Pathfinder stuff to the bottom.

(3) Move the HH to the sixth place on the list. When a HH hits the board, it immediately changes your opponents battle plans. Use that to your advantage. Plus It kill lots of stuff.

you've got a good start but lacking in the hard parts.

2 more fishes

8 more pathfinders

2 more stealths

4 hounds

2 HH

done.

thats a perfect 1k pts with a HH or stealths swapping out for eachother depending on the opponent.

more crisis arent neccecary, you have enough for an El and a monat. Stealths are more important.

and despite what others might say, FW warm the benches in the fish until they are needed, unless its nids or guard I wouldnt want them popping out too often, preserving VP is serving TGG aswell

price is defintaly a problem for me i have no real way of getting money going to try to get some kind of tank soon and by the way how big are the tanks how how long

also are gernades a good idea i mean they cost 1-3 points

lastly my 2nd battlesuit i am not sure what i should put on it i already havea fireknife should i do antoher one or what???

do TLMP+PR with a HWMT - nice solid 'El or use magnets, theres a thread in the conversion board about them.

Grenades are almost always a bad Idea.

and just buy slowly then :P, tank by tank

I would rather take TL PR especially against marines but since you lack anti-tank units and weapond you should go with Dizzy.

Although when you do get some railguns, have him have a TL PR if you are facing marines.

Now gaurd on the other hand would have to be TL MP and a BC

the MP is the more versatile weapon and shooting a light vehicle and killing it reliably is far better IMO than TLing the PR.

here is a list of my opponenets

2 space wolves
1 eldar (no idea what it is he uses snipers so* :P)
1 ultra marines
1 salamanders


i know its just a bunch of marines don't know a whole lot about htme so i just decided to put each type

and possibly a necron i forgot
