Well, that basically means you rely on your high power weapons to deal with your opponent's suits, particulary stealths if you field more suits yourself, or crisis if you field more vehicles. Broadsides (if they have any) aren't much of an issue since you can avoid LOS pretty easily, and their Heavy weapons makes them pretty much 90% static, however, make sure to stay out of range of their SMS.
I would suggest using a bait tactic, them ambushing the opposing army from the flank. The best way of handling a similar army is by making the opposing one separate into smaller forces, and then concentrating on each of these until your opponent is unable to keep up with you, then it's Checkmate.
How you do this is dependant on the composition of the two armies, but as long as you chip away from your opponent's vulnerable parts, as well as the most threatning parts, then, over time, you will gain full control over the battle.
Remember, first, targets of oppretunity, preferably from opposing mistakes, but more likely from bait tactics.
Second, targets of significance, while it's good to destroy deal with easy targets often, sometimes you need to take a risk to handle a larger threat, this is likely to be either a tank/walker, or maybe some kind of heavy weapons squad (unlikely in this situation).
After these targets are done with, you can sit back and play defensivly, unless if there is more to the mission that you have to deal with.

Default Re: question...

my advice would be to take railheads and keep them pointed at the opposing HH, dropping them will give you advantage, then you want a mix of anti fish and anti suit weapons preferably high movement rate ones, and minimise on the FW, in this game they will be taking a back seat to AT and anti-suit weapons ^-^, all they do is preserve a scoring unit and VP's in their fish and stay safe :P.

IMO it comes down to a HH Duel and who's suits die first ^-^

Deathrain crisis are the reccomended config to kill the skimmers and deny FW AS.
