Default Seeker Missiles

So I'm finishing off one of my Devilfish last night for my Pathfinders and compare my list to what I've glued to the hull. And I notice 'Seeker Missiles x2' and wonder to myself .... where the heck am I going to put these so that they don't look retarded?! ???

Anyone use seeker missiles on 'Non-Skyray' vehicles? And if so, where and/or how to you afix them to said vehicle?

Mount them under the "wings", but I wouldn't glue them I would use magnets. So that they can be removed whenever you feel like it.

There was a thread on this recently. The missiles do indeed go under the wings, just to the tip is poking out past the front wing.

If you look at the Forge World Seeker Missiles, they have a grove that allows you to slot the wing into the exact position (just to the side of the drone coupling). Perfect.

By wings you mean the small flat protrusions at the front of the vehicle? The very same place that houses the gun drones/SMS pods?

Or are you talking about the 'wings' which are in fact retro thrusters at the rear of the vehicle?

I am very confused now ??? Does anyone have a picture?

The seeker bits should have a little rectangular base section, that looks like it fits over a rectangular protrusion somewhere, right? (I'm not sure anymore, since all my seekers are forgeworld resin ones)

Well, if you flip a devilfish over, and look at the C section of where the drone sits, you should see on the middle of the C a rectangular block sticking out more than the rest. That fits teh seeker perfectly, and when the devilfish is standing up right, its nose peeks out just right from under the wing. Just like a fightercraft or something loaded up with big honkin missiles.

And yeah, you're right - anywhere else looks kinda dorky, indeed.

Actually, I add my seekers to the top of the fish in a turret-like configuration. Personally I think it looks cool (but only with two )

Try using magnets, too. Since Seeker Missiles are a one-shot deal, it can help you keep track of which missiles you've fired. That's what I did to my Sky-Ray.
