So as i am going to be doing one of these army choices i was woundering what you lot would have.

please note "money is no object" for this poll.

if the manta was selected it would have 72 normal fire warriors in it 24 in devilfishes.

same for the Orca it would have working fire warriors.

3 sharks and 6 barracuda...but uh, I don't understand the second part of your question...the manta doesn't have 72 fire warriors in it, just 48 seated ones. They aren't really "usable" models.

what im saying is i would make the seated ones removable and take them out and replace with a GW kit of FW and the are 12 in each devilfish.

I would say orca's with a barracuda escort...
But seeing as that isn't there I'll have to go with the 4 orca's.

3 tiger sharks and 6 barracuda to clean the LZ, followed up by 2-4 mantas landing the initial troops, followed by many orcas with a barracuda escort to land more forces , with the mantas providing support to their initial wave of troops.
and if money and time is no object, all of the above.

I'd choose Orcas with barracuda support, but since that isn't a choice, I said Tiger shark and Barracudas. What kind of Tiger shark though?

Well there would be 2 with rail guns and the other with ino cannons.

Personally I'd go for the 3 Tiger Sharks and 6 Barracudas. Why? Because the Manta is just to friggin big. There is no way that I could practically use the Manta in a game of 40k, and only an Emperor/Imperator Titan would be big enough for me to justify that many guns in the first place. But I could just imagine a combat wing of 9 heavily armed fighters doing attack runs across an enemies line.

I put down 3 Tiger sharks and 6 Barracuda because thats a pretty nice mix of models. But I was really leaning towards the Manta just because, well, its a MANTA. TS FTW :P.
