Default broadsides vs hammerheads (hopefully not the typical argument)

Ok...I've just massively expanded my army list and now I am faced with the dillema of just what to use my heavy slots for. I have:

4X XV88s 2 w/TLPR and 2 w/SMS
3X Hammerheads 2w/Railgun &BC 1 w/IC and whatever I want to put in the secondary weapon system.

1X sniperdrone team.

So, my question becomes:
Do I go with 2 teams of 2 broadsides and a hammerhead (with either main depending on opposing force)
OR:
1 team of 3 Broadsides and 2 hammerheads
OR:
1 team of 3 P-bass, 1 HH, and 1 sniper team?

Also, just thought about this:

I didn't glue down the tank turret and still have all the parts to modify the ionhead to a skyray...so that can be a 3rd slot option also.

If it was my choice, I would do the following.

1 two man team Broadsides with 2 shield drones, I find this to be the best choice between survivability, LD-damage negation, damage potential and points effectiveness.

Then, an Ion head. I find these make excellent support tanks, especially with my ineffectiveness with Railheads (although thats my bad luck...).

Finally, take the sniper team. They are pretty cool, not too expensive with a nice supporting role.

2 x BASS w/ 2 x Shield Drones (see Rafe's reasoning)
1 x Ionhead w/Burstcannons (maximum possible damage output)
1 x Sniper Drone Team (these guys are plain Evil[sup]TM[/sup] when used correctly)

Thanks for the quick responses. This plus the link to the other thread answer what I think I am going to do. So let's call this thread closed and go back to the other one.

I believe its just a matter of preference.

Broadsides are probably best for taking out vehicles, but fall a little short for killing off infantry. Plus, they're not very maneuverable.

Railheads are a good mix of anti-vehicle and anti-infantry. Railgun submunition and SMS or Burst Cannons is great for mowing down a squad. The Hammerhead is also far more maneuverable than Broadsides. For taking out vehicles, it can work great when coupled with a markerlight.
