PLayed an allied game with crons agains IGAC last night. Our battle plan depended on us getting in close, i gave all my fire teams EMP's and charged into combat with his tanks! It actuall worked, although only a strategy I will ever think about using against the damn AC.

wow! ive never know that statergy to bear fruit before with al those ordanance weapons of the IG...can you give us some more details of both armies, did you use devilfishes' to get the fire warriors up to the tanks? i assume so unless your opponent is pretty stupid :P

As an IG player myself, I'm curious as to how you succeeded where all my opponents failed miserably. Most Tau I fight seem to use the tactic of "flee the battle before we get hit". ;D

yes, i also do IG and whenever my friend plays against me, his forces get absolutely SLAUGHTERD! and whenever i play, my tau friend always allies with orks AND necrons.
