Default Target Lock

If a model is equipped with a Target Lock (weapons permitted to shoot at different enemies), do you have to declare your targets before firing?

e.g. say you shoot your first weapon at an enemy and totally destroy it, can you then swing your next weapon at another unit, or do you have to commit beforehand..thus risking the possibility of loosing a shot when the unit is destroyed sooner than you expected?

Hope that makes sense :P

You have to state which of your units weapons fires on which enemy unit before rolling any dices.

The target lock only permits you to split your fire between different units.

Yup, I take the weapons as firing simultaneously. So no swinging over...
