Smart Missile Systems.
They don't need line of sight, are S5, and ignore most 'Nid armour saves.
Your opponent thinks his lovely 'stealers are safe on the far side of that building...whats that, twenty missiles spiraling in on them from nowhere.

Skimmers.
They move quite fast, are very durable with right upgrades and ignore terrain for movement purposes. Piranhas are especially nasty in cityfights.
I like to think of it in the terms Zoooooooooom, BLAM.

Flamers.
Sounds nuts, suicidal even, but can be absolutely devastating, as it not only ignores the nid's basic saves, it also strips them of their cover saves.
Fwoosh.

The Airbursting Fragmentation Projector.
A bit random in placement, but useful. It's pretty much the effect of a flamer, but using the Large Blast template.
BLAM.

Vespid (If you have any)
Pricey, but in cityfights they can do the damage due to the large amount of cover and skilled flyers special rule allowing them to make the most of it.
Buzzzz.

That's my advice, as my army is themed around cityfighting.

Post up your current army list, then we'll see if we can tweak it for cityfighting.

I don't think the Broadside is going to be a good buy in a cityfight. You are paying for a 6 foot shot in a map where the longest LOS is between buildings, and especially when the foe is tyrannids, whose vehicles all have multiple wounds.

I would get alot of stealth suits and helios's (those are the ones with FB and PR right?). Mainly I say this because you can jump on and off buildings because they ignore vertical terrain- again stop me if I'm wrong. I'd use the helios to get the bigger ones like carnifexes and stealth suits to get the small guys, and use the jump back to avoid the counterattack.

One quick note- Double posting is noramlly "Taboo". The modify button is in the top right hand of your post box

I'd dump the Stealth's fusion blaster and put one on the Pirhana. The reasons? The Stealths will loose their special effects 6" from the enemy- the optium FB range. The Pirhana will be quick enough to glide 24" over the enemy buildings and nail anything hiding back there- Especially big tyrnaid whatchyamacallits.

I'd also dump the broadside. I realise you may not have the models for it, but its range is going to be severely limited by the terrain- although the SMS will still have some value

One other quick note- I think you messed up the Broadside and Railhead's weapon options. The Railhead can't take Plasma Guns and doens't have a Twin Linked Railgun.

You might also want to combine some of the FW squads, to give them more survibability.

Other than that, I think you've got a pretty good list going for you. Best of luck at your tournament.

Actually, broadsides with Targeting Arrays or A.S.S are VERY useful for lobbing those smart missiles...namely the former. They're cheaper than a warfish, just not as mobile. Drop them around the map behind area terrain or even behind large objects/atop impassible terrain, and watch him weep at his inability to reach them with his CC-heavy force.

Kroot are very useful, even in the urban combat zone. While they are only ever BS3, they do have much better CC survivability, can infiltrate, and are dirt cheap to boot. Throw them just about everywhere that you can.

Seriously consider taking gun drone squadrons: They have a 18 inch range, cost only as much as a pathfinder, and can JSJ the hell out of the Stealers and gaunts alike. Even if they roll sixes every time when fleeting, they'll never catch up to a unit that ends every turn 20-24 inches away (unless they all have leaping...in which case you'd be in serious trouble). Plus, more likely than not you have at least a few spare drones lying around, a few extra points to play with, and some unused fast attack slots.

If you are just using six man squads, and are up against a nid army, ditch the photon grenades. His 'nid will get off enough attacks as it is to utterly anihillate those tiny squads, even without their charging attacks.

Good luck, by the way.
