First off please fix your grammar, this is not a chat room, proper english is expected. We don't ask that you be the paradigm of writing but capitolization, periods and "to" not 2 and "for" not 4 are required.

That said look through the stickies and use the search feature to check out older articles and threads discussing getting into Tau and the many pointers and tactical articles that have been written here already.

.

Battlesuit-heavy armies can give you alot of different opportunities; only problem is choosing between Stealths and Crisis for those precious ELite slots.

The most Battlesuit-heavy Tau army is the Farsight Enclaves "Seven Samurai" list. If you are serious about focusing on battlesuits, I would really consider it.

Right in the Tau Empires Codex, it's part of Farsight's unit entry.

It is not so much a specific list as it is a style of playing the Farsight Enclaves. The "Seven Samurai" list uses Farsight and his full retinue as an extremely expensive hammer unit. Its firepower is probably the highest of any single unit in the game, and it can be difficult to kill if properly supported by Shield Drones. Farsight himself is a match for any unit that isn't explicitly dedicated to close-combat. So the strategy is basically to blast the hell out of any unit you come across and then charge in to let Farsight finish off the survivors. The main unit is supported by a second commander and a few longer-ranged Crisis teams and Broadsides.

You could theoretically run 20 crisis suits using full retinues...three 3man teams, a commander w retinue of 2, and farsight with a retinue of 7. I'd suggest not bothering with the retinue on the second commander though, and having him join a unit as you see fit.

Also, three broadsides could tag along with that list. Honestly, you'd burn so many points with that, that tanks would be mostly irrelevant until very high point games.
