Sounds like a fun conversion job
. But don't overdo it with the weapons. Carring to many weapons is a bit much (duel carbines, etc.) I would think Specail Opps troops would only carry what they need for the job, keeping it light and mobile.

um, the only one i could think of would be for man no. 4
one of comissar guants men is huge with big muscles and a heavy bolter. if you could somehow convert the hands, head and feet it might work but i reckon this would be pretty difficult |

Just take some chaos black spray paint and start over. if your going to do special ops, then my opinion on the paint scheme should be camo of some kind. keep the jetpack idea and use the xv15 battle suits.

I have three FWs that I have with Carbines, cut off the Grenade Laucnher parts, painted black with assorted lights, and they're my special ops squad. They have some special rules, but not too many. Their protection from armoured vehicles is speed and stealth.
