Default Kroot bitz

i just got a box o kroot ( i love that turn of phrase) and put togeather the basic modles, however they seem widly unbalanced, how do i go about fixing this imbalance? the modles are basicly compleated with arms, legs, head but none of the additional parts.

They should be lightweight enough not to topple over. *It isn't like having metal models with an unbalance in their posing. I only have one, and he has more weight in green stuff than in plastic.

Ah, maybe try redoing some of them in different, more firm positions. i dont know, never experienced it with plastic models.

You can also stick green stuff on the underside of the base. That seems to work pretty well.

Use steel or lead washers and glue them under the base, if needs be.

Edit by RJay: Try not discussing something illegal next time, its against board rules.

1. glue the model further back on the base

2. glue something as mentioned before underneath the base.

None of all my miniatures has ever tipped over, plastic of course. So i can only give the ideas for metal figures

ya i have an infamous kroot that does that too...

its an unfortunate mix of the foreward charging legs, and the 'double spike you' arms high overhead... head obviously the wildly screaming one..

:P he wildly screaming of course because he knows his beaks about to kiss the ground.

i solved it one day by melting a good blob of Solder (i light up all my tanks, so i have soldering stuff handy).. and letting it COOL on the desk first, before superglueing it under the base.
