Default Your Cadre.

Well butter-roll started the topic on who your leader is, I'll start a similar topic asking you to...

Describe your Hunter Cadre. Just a name and general description will do, of course battle stories and the such are always appreciated.

Mine are:

Name: Aun'Nan: The Ethereal Sword/Blades
Leader: Shas'o Fal'shia Naga (The Serpent)
Sept World: Fal'shia

Desc: Aun'Nan are so named for two reasons. One: Ethereal is meant to represent the silent coming, an allusion to how the Ethereals came out of nowhere to unite the race, Sword/Blades represents the striking power of the Cadre. This translating to the Cadre being launching un-expected attacks on their foes. Two: The name Aun'Nan pays repsect to the Ethereal Caste. In the second meaning of the name the Aun'Nan are the instrument of destruction of the Ethereals.

The Aun'Nan are an exploratory/rapid strike force. When not at war or at conflict, this Cadre brings the power of the Aun to unknown worlds where powerful hostility is expected, should the word of the Aun be not enough to persuade the enemy (as usually is with the Adeptus Astartes, the Ordos and Zealous Imperial Soldiers) they will lay waste to the enemy with sheer fire power. On occasion a member of the Aun Caste will accompany them to battle, to see his Sword in action.

When they are free from duty, O'Naga spends half of the free period running the warriors through a strenuous training excersize, the other half being spent on studying the enemy with the help of the Fio Caste. The Fio Caste demonstrates how Xenos Weaponry and Armor works and then aid their Shas brethren on Tactics with dealing with such technology. These tactics are then icorporated into the next days training excercise. Lessons taught this way vary on what Xenos is the closest threat.

EX: A Tyranid fleet is estimated to be 8 Rotaa away. The Aun'Nan will be deployed in 6 Rotaa to the expected Hive landing site. The first Rotaa is spent on learning about the Tyranid organism, next day is spent putting what they learned to use in their combat excersize. Third Rotaa is spent teaching more on the tyranid organism, 4th Rotaa puts that information to use on the field, so on and so forth.

EDITTED: Changed the name, O'Naga sounds smoother than O'Kig'yio

Sept system of Bork'han, world of Khal'dun
Leader; Shas'o M'yen Ores

Don't have a name for the ethereal at this point, but he is converted to carry an "ethereal banner" to better improve the moral of the troops by reminding them of their duty to the greater good.

The world of Khal'dun itself is among the farthest planets from the sun and acts as a fortress when the system is invaded. Due to thier position in the tau empire, they have weathered more tyranid invasions than anyone else in the empire, and have become extremely adept at fighting the ceaseless tides of the tyranids. They attack with fast moving firepower; hitting one part of the enemy with nearly everything in one turn, utterly obliterating one part of the swarm before withdrawing before they are attacked to strongly, only to strike again unexpectedly.

As such, the tau on Khal'dun have had only limited exposure to races such as the imperium or any other races that can be negociated with. These tau are especially distrustful of aliens.

Name: Assault cadre Eldi T Shas'ka'suam: Wing of sunfire
Leader: Shas'el Doran'Nan T Va'por: Calm sword of Greatwater
Second in command: Bodyguard Yr Tol T Va'por: Experienced officer of Greatwater
Sept world: Va'por: Greatwater

History: The planet of Va'por has been populated by Tau for over 500 years. A warpstorm has shrouded the planet from the rest of the empire and over the years it was forogtten. But the people flourished under its leaders, confident that they one day would rejoin the empire and continue thier work for the greater good.
they did however create thier own militarychain with the hunter cadre in centre. But as the storm withdrew a chaos fleet attacked the planet, leaving the capital city almost completely destroyed. Shas'el Doran'Nan T Va'por´s cadrewho he had only cotrolled for a week was ordered to follow and hunt down the dark creatures.

Name: The Renagade Huntre Cadre
Leader: Shas'O Kuros (spoon)
Sept World: Por Kuros (Water spoon)

History: This planet is far in the damocus gulf as the tau force known as the "swift fire's" ventured into the gulf they where encountered by the chos leagon's and a warp rift tau, having never encountered such force/power before they where scared yet maliced to venture futher into choas space and soo found them sevles with mutations and latent phychic powers.

so they chose to abbandon the normal tau "the greater good" and join with choas. soon they found them selves along side wth other races including the dark eldar, eldar, choas, space marines, and the hive fleet leviathan.

Differences about my army from every one else

etheral has a mutating wing on his right back, a choas arm pad on the left, a blade for a weapon, and lots of blood

my fire warriors have there arm pad symble "x'd" out with red paint and various places
each fire worrior squad leader is coverted

my "fish" are black with choas logo's on it with a banner chanting "for choas"

pathfinder teams have one railrifle and such rifle looks like a choas gun (coverted)

I have yet to name anything, but my cadre is a field-testing detachment originally based on the Tau homeworld. Basically, a detachment of Fire Case charged with putting new equipment designs through their field trials. This ranges from the new rail-rifles to modified servo configurations on some of the Broadsides to adaptive sensor technology on one of the Devilfish. They also try out a number of more mundane developments, such as new field rations and medical supplies. They also showcase some of the more innovative tactical advances being made throughout the empire, such as the inclusion of human auxiliaries in main-line operations.

In addition, their organizational ties with Earth Caste science teams often see them deployed on research expeditions in the service of the Greater Good. As such, they tend to range further afield than typical Tau formations, sometimes employing the services of human rogue traders to visit systems outside the empire proper.

Name: Kauyon'Yanoi (MoonHunters)
Leader: Kauyon'O Val'Taur Sakh'met
Sept World: Ceric IV, Enclave Outer World

After the Enclave rebellion against Farsight, The Kauyon'Yanoi left common Tau space and claimed an Outer world in the small, unknown Cericuian system, known as Ceric IV. There, they practiced rituals and rites dedicated to the Moons and believe that every moon is a god. They're very ritualistic, sometimes barbaric, is quite a contrast from the formal elegant warfare of the common Tau empire, yet the still hold the powerful Tau technology. Kauyon'M'yen is worshipped among them as the Horned God of the 7th Moon, ( Val'Taur'T'Nre'Fon'Yanoi) and is mistaken by Tau researchers as followers of Chaos for their barbarism and their heresy toward their race. They hate the Imperium as well as the Green Plague ( Orks ).
