Default Crisis Suits

HI! I have a few questions regarding some

crisis suits. I recently traded my SM with this one guy for the greater good of the Tau.

What puzzles me are a few of the fire warriors and the crisis suits. I will have some

pictures soon. What I am wondering about is some of the weaponry.(Wish I could have just

assembled them myself)

Taking this slightly more seriously, dont worry, it

won't last long...

The equpment on the Fire warriors:
The little

thing with the two antennae being held by an arm is a scanner or communicator some sort.

Quite characterful if you use it to convert some warriors into pathfinders. The arm

hlding a disk is kolding a grenade, alll those cylinders with notches in the sides are

used to represent the photon grenade upgrade.
The long barrelled buuns are pulse

rifles, the others are pulse carbines.
The crisis suit weapons: The multi barrelled

one is a burst cannon, the sqaure chunky one with two holes in the end is a fusion

blaster.
The one with a long cylindrical barrel that comes to a sort of conical

point is a plasma rifle and the other one is a flamer.
Crisis suit upgrades: The

disk is a sheild generator, the one with tow lenses is a target lock, and the one with

the ariel is a multi-tracker.

My crisis suits came assembled, the guy who i

bought them from didnt play WYSWYG.

I play lots of death guard, space marines,

tyranids, and some speed freeks once in a while. I will face Necrons and Witch Hunters

too later on. I am still painting the rest of the army but it is the Crisis Suits that

worry me because i didn't get to pick the weaponry. Here is what they have, I need

some input on them and who should become my HQ.

1 Crisis Suit with 2 PLasma

rifles, missle pod, and shield gen.

1 Crisis Suit with 2 Burst Cannons and 1

plasma rifle

1 with 2 burst cannons, missle pod, and shield gen.

1

with plasma rifle, missle pod and shield gen.

1 with fusion blaster, missle

pod, and drone controller.

It took me a bit to identify all the stuff glued on

them. It is really annoying becuz they arent really legal and at the same time i didnt

get bits for the fun stuff like the drone controllers or the multi tracker. SO i could

really use the help from the more experienced crowd here.

Dam almost 5 plasma rifles, burst cannons, and missle

pods. Dam thats nasty. fortunantly for you the same armement applys for each

army. Ok vs mariens, Death guard, necrons and Witch Hunters you want power ie

missil pods and plasma rifles. unfortunantly agains nids and speed freaks you want

range and shots ie missil pods and burst cannons. You will have to convert the

missing weapons and support systems

To make them interchangeable. First

carefully cut the off weapons and support systems. Or even better, if you can snap

them off. But dont use too much force if they dont snap off easy cut them off.

nest you can either embed small magnets or pins into the area where the weapons

are supposed to attach. if you use the magnets then you embet them in the

weapon too so they stick on easly. If you use pins (this is easier) drill holes

inthe weapon and fill them with blue tack. The you can attach them to the model

with out gluing.

Id say the HQ (Commander should be one of the two with

shield generators and as the first one is illegal it would have to be the second one.

PLasma rifle, missile pod and shield generator - also say its got a hard-wired

multitracker (does not need to be shown on the model!)

id say the same thing.. thats how im gonna kit out my hq crisis suit when i get

one.. and also thats legal as well..
