I'm not too experienced and so my only advice isto drop the broadsides and get a HH more... but I might be wrong... just think the hammerheads or better worth their points...

I have 2 HHs already, If i added another my antitank would be quite sucky, there are many IW and IG players around here, and frankly 2 railguns is not enough. Not to mention it is cheaper with the bsides as I would have to drop some suits or FWS aswell.

Actually, I would suggest dropping an HH. Also, it is very easy to use 72 FWs while still having a Squad mounted. If you want I could post up my 1850 which has a lot of models and a lot of death-dealing capability.

- firstly one thing thats struck me is that you have seemed to have added the gun donre cost to your devilfish....that will save you a lot of points, drop the landing gear so they are harder to destroy in combat and get only glancing hits when moving over 6", they should each cost 85pts - decoy launchers -

Some will say a shas'el is better, i believe it dosent really matter and favour the shas'o myself
ElLITES
2 Crisis Battlesuits - 130 Pts

Good, fireknife working well, however although you may like stealth, the crisis are more versitile and 6 stealth are fine for 1850pts, take a 3 man crisis fire knife team and drop a stealth team

3 Crisis Battlesuits - 195pts
Fireknife

6 Stealth Suits - 180pts
Don't worry 6 shoud be enough

TROOPS

For the fire warriros save youself points with the markerlight and target lock, the only weapons worth markerlighting are railguns, and they hit fine at the moment, plus the ebst unit for using markerlights are pathinfders....and they aren't worth taking....dont get me into that! Otherwise your troop options look solid (i live kroot myself but hey this is your army not mine!)

11 Fire Warriors, - 130pts x 2 = 260pts
Shas'ui, Bonded

12 Fire Warriors - 225pts x 2 = 450pts
Shas'ui, Bonded,
[Devilfish, decoy launchers]

HEAVY SUPPORT

As you have a firebase to support then broadisdes IMO are a good choice, well kitted out too....no changes needed here!

2 Broadside Battlesuits - 150 Pts
Smart Missile Systems; TL Railguns; Multi-Tracker and Target Lock

1 Hammerhead, - 165 pts
Railgun, Burst Cannon,
Multitrakcer, Decoy Launchers

1 Hammerhead, - 145pts,
Ion Cannon, Burst Cannons,
Multitrakcer, Decoy Launchers,

As you have plenty of railguns then an ion cannon HH is a good choice, drop the landing gear because decoy launchers are a safe insurance from being blown up when immobilised and the only glancing hits rule is very useful! Minimise the points cost and don't take target locks....also no disruption pods, if you want to use your burst cannon you will have to get fairly close and although sometimes useful i never find much need for disruption pods as my HH's are susually within 24" of the squad firing at it anyway...

TOTAL - 1785

Hmm, i wasnt adding up along the way so you have points to spare! 65 points IMO could get you a nice ethereal! but you have to work hard to keep it safe in yourfire base, bear in mind if you do do this then the ethereal will porve useful in your army, however 65 points i think is a safer bet in buying one more fireknife battlesuit to put in the squad of two (cant be bothered to eidt now sorry!) to make a total points cost of 1850 exactly! tell me your thoughts!

I assume these are FoF squads? there are a few too many upgrades. drop the DP for a start as the FoF neccecitates being within 24"most of the time, also the Tarray is really not worth the points for that few a shots as it doesnt increase the drones BS.

IMO the DP and landing gear are too many upgrades, drop it. and switch both to railgun (it does as much damage to marines as the IC)

only a few unnececary upgrades bogging this down, I'd drop in some kroot if I were you, they help to stall the charge and give you some tome to retreat for another turn of firing (plus 60 attacks on the charge is just brilliant ;D)

lol, then get more ;D. when making a list its better to plan for what you will have than what you do have as it allows more creative thinking. just spend some of that christmas money ;D or bonus money however old you may be 8)
