I've seem alot of new stuff like the TAU ORCA DROPSHIP Includes 24 seated Fire Warriors, 8 Drones, 6 Battlesuits, 1 Ethereal and 3 crew, KROOT GREAT KNARLOC WITH BOLT THROWER, TAU DRONE SENTRY TURRET? It looks cool but is it useful? All this stuff can be found at Forge World.

The only think i considered are the TAU sentry turrets as they have one great ability.
They are deployed in HS which is usually deployed first and they can be deployed separatly you can build a forvard perimetr which greatly reduces oponents deployment options, and the price is not so big.
If you equip them with missile pods you can easily destroy some transport vehicles if the oponent is not carefull (or the oponent is forced to hide vehicles).
They are really great for slowing down vehicle based armyes as it is not good to left them behind to shoot at rear armor and they could be a quite hard to destroy with shield generator.

Plasma rifle is also fine option for scaring some marine players.

keep in mind that the model's that come with the orca are designed to sit inside in a resting position.. and so cant be used separately as models on the battlefield.. unless of course they come with whole full sprues for each of the units, which i doubt :S

the sentry turrets, piranha's, tetra's, hammerhead turrets, and the flyers seem to be the only useful stuff IMO

soon there will be crisis suit conversion kits.. they'll be good as well..

well i hope the conversion kits will not jsut be posable arms (although they would be good) but extra weapons options such as railrifles and maybe some sort of ion weaponry.....

i doubt it would be extra weapons, but it'd most certainly have extra legs, heads, and probably some weapon remakes..

i dont see why the railrifle isnt possible, just keep the stats and make it assault 1, im not sure i would take it over the fireknife combo but it would be another option, seeing as the weapon wasbrought out after the codex we have no way of knowing whether it was be pheasable to mount one on a crisis suit...

I wouldn't see why not. A suit-mounted rail rifle would be Assault 1, slightly worse than a plasma rifle, but if it retained the built-in Target Lock, it would definitely become a worthwhile and dangerous weapon. Team it with Multitracker or Shield Generator and you could create some seriously terrifying squads. It would certainly make the choice of 2 or 3 suits an open question again!

well, IMO the TL RR is perfectly possible and I would consider it as TLRR and Flamer or TargetL.

dont see why you cant reposition some arms and legs on the suits in the Orca ;D, save some money .

IMO the extra peices will just be head and arm swaps and maybe a weapons sprue (hopes, I dont have nearly enough plasma rifles ;D)
