I dont think we are allowed to quete acctual rule from the GW rule book.
But the hit and run rule is what it says basically.

Its most usfull when runing away in the enemies turn.

....You don't own a rulebook? Go run to your local stockest and buy one...NOW! GO! I said. Not to be rude but I hate to answer questions if it gives away information I had to pay my hard earned money to get. If what youíre saying is that you forgot it and youíre at work thatís a diff story and I apologize but there seem to be more and more of these kind of threads as of late. It is getting on my nerves to be honest. Try http://advancedtautactica.com/viewtopic.php?t=55 it may help in your question.

It allows you to exit combat at the end of the assult phase (anyone's), moving 3d6 in any direction but not into contact with other models, this move always succeeds and is not subject to a sweeping advance; however the enemy may consolidate as normal.

Very useful, I just wish i could give both them and Stimulant injectors to my whole army.

Hmm could you check your rule book on that rule again. I am not sure you are right there. Check when you do the "run" phase.

The following is the admittedly non-objective opinion of a 37-year old man...

I read every post in this thread, and I looked at the post counts by the posters. A lot of you are new here. I would encourage you all to take a basic rules question and find your own answer. I would much rather you come with an incorrect interpretation of a rule and ask for clarification than to see posts that reveal the author did not do even the most rudimentary search through his rulebook.

If you truly do not have a rulebook, you must be playing the game with someone's when you play, so read it next time you get a chance. And buy one as soon as you can! Before you get any more models!

It is incumbent that you learn the basic game mechanics on your own (copyright infringements aside)

Practice self-reliance, please!).

Hit and Run is printed in the "Universal Special Rules" section, which is roughly between the pages where vehicle rules end and the 5 basic scenarios are listed

I'd quote the page, but I'm too lazy to run downstairs and find my own rulebook

No disrespect intended to anyone real or imagined.

Well said.

Please understand, it isn't that we don't want to help. But GW has cracked down on us and other forums in the past for using too much of their material, and so the rules are the rules. Ask any questions you want about how a rule should be interpreted, but do not ask others to recite passages out of the rulebooks for you.

And with that, locked.
