Default battlesuit pilot

I have a question about the profile of the ejected pilot. according to the codex the pilot is the same minus a few things and only a pulse pistol. Dose this mean that he is still considered jump infantry with a jet pack?

Don't want to be a pain, but man, do a search.
In any case, he is just like a fire-warrior without armor with a pulse pistol, and that's it. Not jump pack, no plasma rifle, no nothing. All the equipment was part of the Suit and is lost when he ejects.

No, the suit has the jetpack, and he has been ejected. He moves the normal 6", plus whatever else, (assault, etc). I kind of see the ejection system as a waste. I mean, sure, you save your commander or whatever, but he's weak, and practically defensless, (no armour), so he's obviously going to get shot down, or assaulted, (and then you know he's dead).
