Thats 3 Very Different Armies, are you allowed to use multiple army lists for each Foe, or 1 general list that must survive all 3?

Do you know much about their style of play and armies:

Does the tyranid player take masses of gaunts or specialised towering hulks, gaunts or 'fexs?
Is the Marine a lover of tanks, men, heavy weapons or specialised troops?
Does the eldar player like to stand back and shoot or bring the fight to your door?

Well i have to make a list too survive all of them. I only know about the marine and dark elder players. One space marine ( ultra marines) has 2 dreads, a predator and a razorback or rihno( not sure). the second marine player ( space wolves) has loads of troops and a land raide. The DE player likes to assualt.

It would certainly help if you had a commander battlesuit, but I guess you'll have to make due with that.

For tyranids, take advantage of the railgun submunition and use lots of burst cannons and other weapons specialised for taking out lots of lightly armoured troops, but avoid getting swarmed in the assault. (If he has lots of carnifexes, lay it on him with the railgun.)

For marines, Heavier weapons would be useful, if he has tanks, the railgun shall do quite nicely in destroying them. Some fireknives, deathrains, or fusion blaster, burst cannon mixes will do nicely (I forgot the name of the burst cannon, fusion blaster combo!) Also, put a fusion blaster in that stealth team of yours and you might also want to give 'em a marker drone, for added markerlight support to your heavy guys.

For dark eldar, watch your flanks, because dark eldar players will storm in more ways than one. Use weapons that will eviscerate lots of tightly packed dark eldar, put also bring some target locks on your battlesuit teams to combat multiple threats. Avoid close combat and use your ethereal only on the weak guys.

For Tau, you should use your kroot and ethereal to try and close combat him. Since it's Tau vs. Tau, you shouldn't have to worry about close combat, but still, don't be stupid. Also, bring some suit-busting weapons, fireknifes and deathrains will work REALLY nice against crisis suits, most likely taking out a whole squad with them, (with a small amount of luck.) Also, target the big guns, like his hammerhead, and broadsides. Go really offensive and aggressive, but expect a strong counterattack. If you can get the ethereal into close combat with his units unharmed, it could work out nicely. Just focus on what you know are the Tau weaknesses, since you are a Tau player, and you should prevail.

I hope I helped. Good luck.

Well what's the load out on the Crisis. Fireknives? Deathrain? no clue what I'm talking about?
http://forums.tauonline.org/index.php?topic=8260.0

I would take them all except the etheral because he is almost worthless. That I think should be about 1500 to 1300ish.

Fun well lets go with

Shas'el with CIB, Plasma, TA, HWMT 100 points

Helios 'vre with a sheild, and HWMT for 92
Bladestorm for the other at 58 both with MT's by the way

12 FW in a DF w/ Decoy, TA at 210. Trust me the BS4 burst shots can hurt alot
12 FW on foot 120
12 kroot 84

8 drones 96

Rail head with Bursts or SMS, TL, MT, Decoy Burst: 170 SMS: 180

And that I think will work for all the games. You got some FOF to attack and static to hold table quarters and the Kroot to contest. The Helios can Deep Strike for pesky tanks and the Blade storm has enough shots for both DE, Tau, and 'Nids. The Plasma also helps against the SM's. The CIB 'el is cheap and has enough shots for hordes and the AP for FW. And the occasional AP1 can take out a SM or two. The Railhead has Anti-horde/tank duty and the drones will harass the hell out of stuff. Not sure about the points but I think that should work. If your short then add dodads for all the units.

Cool.

Just give alot of firing support and let his assualt troops rip out the enemies throat. So I would take some Deathrain or Fireknifes and then a Bladestorm for the buggers and DE. SOunds fun and good luck.

Crisis Configs will definitely help during this game. Deathrain is a must against the Eldar and Marine Transports. The missile pods also instant kill lords (but they normally take shadow fields...).

FoF works wonders on Sniper squads of Dark Eldar (the ones with 2 dark lances and 2 blasters) and as long as they're isolated and not in cover (important!) then you can wail on squads easily. The carbines on the drones will save you a lot of time too as pinning eldar isn't that hard to do (you'll most likely always get a wound.)

Lately I've become a fan of lots and lots of dakka. I find that it works well on every armor (other than 2+). Burst cannons will help in the Tyranid and Eldar match ups and has the potential to do damage in the marine games. SMS on the 'fish gives you an extra two shots over drones and can do it from behind cover.

You don't have much armor busting potential, otherwise I'd say use an Ionhead because it points cost and ability against marines. You basically can only mount strength 8+ weapons on four units in your army and you're going to want to make them count. A railgun is a must for the Land Raider big bugs. With submunitions target squads of eldar, gaunts and packed marines.

As I said before you're going to need to make the most of your crisis slots. The commander IMO could do well as a Helios set up (plasma, fusion, and multi). His high BS and good strength will get about two marine kills a turn and a potential two wounds on a big bug. The two remaining suits should be monat (independent) deathrains (twin-linked missile pods) with either a targetting array (I love my BS 4) or a flamer. In your situation I'd probably go with flamer, as its cheap and could work well against gaunts and eldar in cover. You could even upgrade both to team leaders and hardwire a multi on them for a template and two strength seven shots when the business hits the fan (if you know what I mean ). Or replace the flamer with a CIB and hardwired Multi, and get 7 shots at 18".

I'd say drop the ethereal unless you give him a squad and a fish. FoF at BS 4 is pretty cool, but also risky. I'd only suggest this if you're really confident in what you're doing, otherwise just don't take him. The kroot are another option I normally wouldn't take if you had one more 'fish or more crisis suits.

However they are cheap and provide a decent counter charge granting that your opponent makes it to your static Fire warriors. Throw them in some cover wait for the enemy to come close, stay in the woods and rapid fire or move and charge. You could even bounce the long range deathrains around them make the enemy think twice about engaging them. Also if set up correctly the static FW could lure opponents in. The kroot could rapid fire, and the FW could use the 30" range and do potentially more damage them a FoF.

I say take the stealth suits but don't expect them to last that long during most of your games due to either the opponents fast movement or specialized weapons (min maxed marines for example). They can work well as a support for the HQ, Mounted FWs, drones, or even Kroot. (By the way if the Commander joins do they all lose the stealth ability?).

Deepstrike the drones behind tanks or beside big lightly armored squads, or use them as a body guard for the Commander. Also always move the HH 12" and up their flanks! They'll be forced to either ignore it and take damage or engage it, isolate units, and/or lose momentum.

Hope this helps!

Edit: Woops, I forgot that you mentioned Tau. Gun drones are great at pinning everything in the army! Missile pods work well against Devilfish, Hammerheads and Firewarriors. Kroot are great against everything but other Kroot. Get your commander to hunt other suits and HQ (this might be dangerous!) as he can crack the 3+ saves. The monat suits work well too, as he/she is going to need to use two squads to (potentially) kill them. It should be an interesting match up either side could really dominate...

PS. The 'list' (or rather ideas for the list) were written as if they wouldn't change between the games. I feel as if it has the ability to take on all the armies and do well. I think changing lists between games (to specialize) is a bit lame anyways.
