i played eldar today in a 500pnt battle and i ripped then apart...

the enemy had an avatar, 3 war walkers, 10 gardians and 6 dark reapers

i shot everything he had exept 1 warwalker wich came in to charge range with my last fire warrior unit of 4 and amazingly my fire warriors killed this warwalker in the combat and i had 1 man left apart from that unit.

i was so lucky and now i am gona paint the survivors a different colour shceme from the rest of my army.

whqat colours can i paint them and what can i call this unit?

You could paint them an Ulthwe or Biel-Tan color scheme and call them Eldar Hunters I suppose...

+++I should keep the main colour scheme the same and change the colours on a single shoulder pad to be the colour scheme of those eldar. Also convert them with Eldar relics like trophies (not severed heads as Tau aren't barbaric, but maybe helmets, armour and weapons)+++

I have a question. How did the fire warriors destroy the war walker because if it was still mobile then they CANNOT use EMP grenades. Also dont get cocky. I have killed a tayu army in two turns with my eldar army so dont get to over confident. In larger games the eldar have the potntial to rip the tau to shreds my friend.

In fact in larger games any army has the potential to rip any other army to shreds my friend. It just depends what happens during the battle :P+++

True but the eldar player 9if experianced enougth0 could potencially out think the tau. But i suppose this could work both ways. Im just saying dnt get carried away thats all. No offense to anyone

I'm still wondering how you could have won... the only explanation I can find, based on what you've said, is you cheated.

Tau vs Eldar is a all or nothing fight.

One of two things happen.

1- You just pummel them with fire as they flee for cover as you score lucky hits on key units.
2- Your suits get sniped and/or nailed by starcannons leaving you harmless

As for your question I would edit the sholder pad or give them Shuriken weapons(Just count them as Pulse weapons for play wise)
