You can still use them but I think theres something about them not being able to have specific upgrades, like a burst cannon to a fusion blaster.

Actually all of the Stealth Team upgrades are available to both the XV15s and the XV25s battlesuits. It is just that the XV25s (new models) will actually come with the upgrades bits in their kit, and the XV15s will require some conversion work to sport a Fusion Blaster.

There was a small hole punched in either flank – one the projectile’s entry point, the other its exit. The tiny munition had passed through the vehicle with such speed that everything within the hull not welded down had been sucked out through the exit hole. Including the crew. We never identified their bodies, for all that remained of them was a red stain upon the ground, extending some twenty metres from the wreck.”

To be honest, I doubt anyone will complain if you convert the old stealth models to carry Fusion Blasters. The current word is that GW will continue to produce the old models, and that XV15s and XV25s will not have any rules difference.

You can use the old stealths, and they are not being dumped. Many people have their opinions, but most say the old ones are better. You can use either one, so it doesn't matter, plus... converting an old stealth would be cool, and new to the showcase, to my knowledge.

If I'll still be able to use the old stealths,I'll use the XV15's and use an XV25 as a team lader.
