100 pt small battle
Hey, first post on my shiny new account!!!
Anyway, my school is starting(more like allowing us to start) a 40K club after school 2 days a week. (The main reason this is happening is that an art teacher @ our school is a 40K player and agreed to sponsor the club...) So for the opening meeting, we are having a 100pt, 1 troop squad, "remember how to play?" battle. I am debating wether to use Fire Warriors or have more numbers of Kroot(I might be able to use hounds with them as well). I know for a fact that there will be at least 1 Space Marines, 1 Eldar, and maybe 1 Tyranid squads there. Thanks in advance for all the *wonderful* input I KNOW i will recieve... P.S. -* O0 (I just wanted to see that fro...lol)

100pt? That's really small! Also seeing as you are facing mixed opponents, it's really a hard choice. I'd probably edge towards getting 10 Firewarriors, as Kroot really aren't a stand-alone troops choice.

take fire warriors all with pulse rifles shoot and pray nothing gets close enough to slaughter you in cc

Thanks for the suggestions, but we are required to play with TROOP units...(not exactly Broadsides) I thought about playing with some of those Forge World Piranahs (yes, they are troops!) They look sweet. Too expensive though. But thats Forge World...
