As this is a question on the TO quiz, here; http://forums.tauonline.org/index.php?topic=14214.0 we really shouldn't discuss this any further until the quiz is completely over and the answers are given out. If a Mod could lock this until then....

Hope that works. Sorry, thought that quiz was over. Excuse this accident please.

Sorry, didn't mean to be so harsh. No worries.

I guess that's my cue...

Lock (temporarily, though someone remind me about this topic once the quiz is finished).

Edit: Unlocked as quiz has finished.

Okay. What I said on this topic before it was temporarily locked, (sorry about revealing a question, didn't mean to), wouldn't it be cool if when an ethereal was killed, or someone important, like O' shovah, then the tau would go into this huge rapid firing rage where they wouldn't stop till they ran out of ammo or killed out all enemies. It would really be helpful for when invading troops get too close. I was just wondering what anyone thought of this, would their stats raise, like BS, and even possibly wounds, and WS?

I suspect that the new special ethereals might have a rule like that. But it would be limited to those immediately around them, if it existed.

No. If Tau get this, then so do all the other armies when they lose an especially beloved commander or whatnot.

But does it say anything about an insane rage in any other codexes? It does in the tau. So it could be a special rule, and possible only for the tau.

May be they could Rapid fire at full range for the rest of the game (it effects all the Tau units except drones and kroot) and they would get plus 1 WS and/or 1 I in the charge if an etheral dies. This would only happen if they pass the moral check when the etheral dies for more fairness in the game.
