Default How do you equip your Commanders?

ShasO Rendmetal here! my friend just returned my commander model, and i was curious about how you guys equip your commanders!
mine is equipped as such:
Crisis battlesuit, Cyclic ion blaster, Failsafe Detonator, 2x Missile pod, Neuroweb System Jammer, Onager Gauntlet, Puretide Engram Neurochip, Stimulant injector, XV8-02 Crisis 'Iridium' Battlesuit
Marker Drone
Markerlight

I leave mine fairly customizable depending on the type and size of list I run. A typical Mark'O configuration for me would be:

- Missile Pod x2
- Drone Controller
- Target Lock
- Puretide Engram Nanochip


Though more typically when I run one as a deepstrike team leader, he's normally configured as such:

- Plasma Rifles x2
- Advanced Targeting System
- Vectored Retro-Thrusters
- Iridium Battlesuit Armor

The commander that I've come to play the most is the marker'O.
2 missile pods
Drone controller
target lock
Iridium armour (if the points allow it)
2 marker drones.

Attached to a squad of 4 other drones and off he goes.

Played a silly Commander today. NSJ, Onager Gauntlet, Iridium Armour, VRTs, Dual Plasma and ATS. Was fun to try a fully kitted out Commander.

Does the cyclic ion blaster get used well? It's intrigued me but I have yet to get the weapon model to try it out. Tempted to proxy it, considering it's the same cost as most commander weapons. Think it's a good take usually?

I love the look of the CIB however it is only a short range missile pod with an extra shot... the lack of AP really hurts whenever I tried it especially on the blast. I suppose it would be good against certain lists however I've usually only got room for a Mark'O or one armed with low AP goodness.

Also being unable to double-up on it and make a unit dedicated to using it hurts. Instead you have to try to marry it to something else, either Fusion Blaster or Burst Cannon for range match, but firepower mismatch, or a Missile Pod for identical firepower, but then you're wasting the range advantage of the pod. :/
