Default Farsight, our rebel leader

So, the supplements out. Still haven't gotten it yet (still debating over digital or waiting the 3 months for hard cover).

So, what do you guys think of it that have it?

I am waiting for the hard copy... but it's going to be killing me to do so!

It sounds like an amazing piece of fluff. Just huge backstory. As much if not more insight into just who Farsight is and what he is about as a Black Library book. Full reveal on the Dawn Blade incident, and a great look into what shaped his past.

Big rules of note...
Crisis suits are now troops.
Must bond everything.
Preferred enemy orks in CC.
No shadowsun or Aun'Va but other ethereals are okay
New signature systems (which are cool and different but less reliable and wide-scale applicable).
8 named samurai (may take up to 7 in an army) of which one is a riptide (with an earth caste pilot) and one is a broadside (piloted by an AI).

I really like it!

Wait wait wait.... Supplement?
as in, for farsight based army?
I NEED IT.
also, as much as I want crisis troops, they wont be very good due too low model count... still, it'd be an excellent fluffy list. and a way for me to throw more money at the murdermachine that is Games Workshop.

Take mixed units of battlesuits and drones; you want 5 members in a crisis team for leadership purposes anyways. Alternatively crisis suits as troops will use their mobility to win, not their numbers. The key will be not to lose suits at all.

Farsight and the Seven Samurai were a story created by the community around Farsight and his 7 bodyguards. Apparently the codex designers listened and included 8 unique characters to act as Farsight's bodyguards. Each is unique in its own way and can act as the HQ for your army if you want..

Yah, it's really sweet. The rules are nothing special... but the fluff is really sweet.
