Great start to a list. I believe I could win with the list as is.

However, my personal play style would make it a tad different.

I'd drop the three body guard suits. +1 to attack just doesn't do it for me and I am not too happy with the "Look out Sir" rules. Some extra points there. Take the suits as an elite. You are not using a signature system on them, so the loss is minimal.

I am not too big on the new Broadsides. Your call on that one, I'd drop them. Maybe squeeze in another Hammerhead or even some Sniper drone teams.

If you are actually dropping the Velocity Trackers, hopefully you have the points to put in stims. My last foe had a serious tantrum when he FINAlly got through the defenses of the Riptide, just to have me throw a nice five for the Feel No Pain roll.

God it is great to play Tau.

So what you are saying is that your Ground Cadre has lots of Air Support?

No. What I am saying is that my Air Support has lots of Ground Cadre.

If a Land Raider dies to a rail gun, and no one was around to see it, does the kill point still exist?

Awesome list, and i don't say that normally. I looked at it with a critical eye, but what i saw was bound in logic and reason, as well as an understanding of the current 40k meta. A few things i would consider, but other wise, nice list.
1) 3 devil fish? I know they are important but for the equivilent points you could get another kroot/fw squad potentially. Your call i guess, but it just seems a lot.
2) Why body guard? They are almost no better than normal suits, and are 10 points more expensive. Cutting down to regular crisis suits mightn't be a bad idea.In addition, you could potentially give one crisis suits 2 fusion blasters with a target lock (not tl) and the other 2, 2 plasma rifles, that way you can blow up your designated vehicle (75% chance on first volley to armour 10) and still have 10 plasma shots for the terminator unit next door, although your riptides have this base fairly well covered anyway, its worth considering.
3) Glad to see the use of Tetras, a most cost effective form of marker light. I might reccomend swapping the pathfinders for them, as they are a lot tougher, faster and the same marker light to point efficiency, but thats just a preference.
4) Good use of farsight, exactly how he should be played.

Two small points to save you a small amount of points:

1) You don't need to bond your crisis team, a team of 3 can never be reduced below 25%, thus they would always count as having heroic moral even without the bonding knives.

2) Dedicated markerlight pathfinders do not require a black sun filter. The maximum range of the markerlight is 36" so they can always see the target, and no saves may be made against markerlight hits, making the cover unnecessary. Unless you are worried about being blinded at some point (something I personally have never seen happen in any game in my history of 40K), I think you'd be safe to save the points on the BSF.

Why do you put darkstrider with Pathdfinders that are without heavy weapons? Surely his role is to either make firewarriors wound monsters easily, or else Rail rifles one hit terminator commanders? At the moment his -1 toughness is wasted on a pathfinder unit that is unlikely to use its carbines for much of the game. In addition, Pathfinders are rarely charged, given that they are so squishy that shooting them is easier. The only reason they might be close is because you scouted the pathfinders, something that is unnecessary given the range of their markerlights. For this reason I believe you would be better off not taking him with them.

You could however put him with a firewarrior squad that intends upon going for the enemies home objective, in which case he would be effective at keeping you alive.

As an alternative, perhaps take an Ethereal in one of the Fire warrior squads. I assume that, given they are in devil fish, they will spend much of the game within rapid fire range, in which case the Ethereal will add another 11 shots, make you less likely to flee off the objective, and make your unit slightly tougher should you need it, for a turn. This is also most notably done for half the points, meaning that you could add these much needed points elsewhere.

Another alternative, if you are in favour of keeping darkstrider, would be to turn one of the path finder teams into a weapons platform, and thus make them more effective against for example tyranid warriors and nobs.

Yet further point: Only get a Cadre Fireblade if you plan on having a completely immobile gunline fire warrior squad. As you don't, drop him and take another ethereal, or another Broadside.

Also, take one Kroot hound with the snipers. Its 5 points to let them be I5 to initiative checks, and have acute senses for your outflank.

With these two done i would go so far as to say you have one of the bests lists i've ever seen for Tau
