Ok, I'm officially confused by my karma total. My profile is saying I have +10 karma and -0 (total of 10 shown by my posts) That I understand. The confusion comes from me not having a clue where the 10th point has come from. My karma log only shows 9 points of karma and only 1 of those has been since 2006, I haven't seen it mentioned that any of my posts have rewarded so where has it come from?

I thought I'd best point this out in case it was a glitch. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Might be a PM karma that got lost. They don't seem to be as fixed within the database.

I doubt it. All my PMs have been based on the Diplomacy game I've been in. Not exactly karma worthy I'm sure you'd agree. :P

It's most likely the Karma FT gave all attendees of the Meetup

It was indeed the meetup karma point. I'll get around to adding them to the karma log at some point in the near future

40k is the main reason for the sites existence and meeting up like we do to have a few games is furthering the goals of the site IMHO and besides, we all learn new things off each other while we're there so why not?

So because people live in the UK and can go to Warhammer World one specific weekend they get Karma? :-\ Thanks for making sure that there is still balance in karma giving for the other 270+ countries in the world. I don't think that karma should be given out because of where somebody lives, but that's just me on the other side of the world.

I agree that Karma shouldn't be handed out for attending the meetup, for one it is biased against all those who can't go and what has actualy been done to deserve it? All they have done is attend a meetup.

Well if you get plane tickets and fly over there than you'll get karma. I'll argue that such dedication should be worth more than 1 karma though. How much is air fare to britian cost these days. If I go should I get a rent-a-car or catch public transportation. Maybe a tau onliner can pick me up and be my tour guide.
