I had a few suggestions for the monthly newsletter that I wanted to throw out there. I find it's best to be blunt, so please take all the following as constructive criticism.

I'd like to see more to the newsletter. Right now there's a structure that seems to be showcasing the latest competitions, some random/funny forum quotes, an interview, and then some fluff. Nothing wrong with those things at all, but it just doesn't seem to scream newsletter to me. I'd love seeing some more elements added in there, like conversion tip of the month, painting tip of the month, latest GW news/rumors, comic of the month (maybe), a monthly poll, etc. Most of these things can be easily picked up from the forum, and there's no shortage of material to be had by any means.

Some nice ideas - I would similarly like to see some of these implemented.
News/rumours would be good, as would conversion/painting tips.

We did have people on the newsletter committee to come up with news/rumours, and also conversion/painting tips. However they didn't end up having the time to submit anything.

I think the other issue was space. When the comittee started there were loads of ideas, but some of the comittee members didn't want the Newsletter being over a certain size. I guess this could be reviewed if deemed necessary though.
