Really it all boils down to stocking up on the ap2-1 weapons that ignore that annoying 3+ save. missile pods are decent for tagging the armor from afar, but aside from that, plasmas, occasional fusion blasters, railguns, and screening units will all be necessary as your basic anti-marine list. Markers can more than double the efficiency of the weapons in question if you think you can get them to survive longer than turn 2.

Okay one of my favorites because so many Space marine players discount them is vespids. For 182 points you have a strain leader and 10 vespid warriors with a strength 5 AP 3 weapon thus ignoring the standard SM armor save and with the application of 2 marker lights gives hime 11 shots at 12" from a fleet fast attck unit that hits (with 2 marker lights) on 2+, wounds on 3+ and no armor save. Then with their I:5 verse the SM I:4 I have wiped out entire 10 man squads without loosing a single vespid and watched my opponent stop and reevaluate his entire battle plan. Just my approach and a suggestion.
