Anyways:
1. In the Tau Codex (one of the Armoury sections), sorry but we can't post these kind of rules.
2. Nope, Pathfinders can't fire more than one weapon.
3. Again, nope. Not unless it's a different unit of Pathfinders using their Pulse Carbines (this is covered in the Markerlight section).

2) nope. Unless the Shas'ui have a hw multitracker in which case, him and hime alone can fire both his pulse carbine and markerlight.
