Hello,
After my first attempt, I switched a few things around. I already posted this on the other board, but I'd really like some more feedback. The only difference between my current list and this one is I split the fire warriors squads into six six man squads, instead of three twelve men squads.

HQ 1: Shas'o Commander Missile Pod, Plasma Rife, Multi-Tracker Total: 112 A basic Command unit. I'd really like to free up five points and give him Stimulant injector, to make him a real thorn in the enemies thigh.
Elite 1: Crisis Battlesuit Squad (3) Missile Pod, Plasma Rifle, Multi-Tracker Total: 186 Anti-tank and heavy infantry. Elite 2: Crisis Battlesuit Squad (3) TL Missile Pod, Flamer Total: 141 Cheap anti-light vehicle and heavy infantry CBS. Elite 3: Crisis Battlesuit Squad (3) TL Missile Pod, Flamer Total: 141 Cheap anti-light vehicle and heavy infantry CBS.
Troops 1: Fire Caste Warriors (12) Total: 120 A lot of really strong rifles should do something, right? Troops 2: Fire Caste Warriors (12) Total: 120 Same. Troops 3: Fire Caste Warriors (12) Total: 120 Same.
Heavy Support 1: Hammerhead Gun Ship Rail Gun, SMS, Multi-Tracker, Disruption Pod, Target Lock Total: 180 Anti Mass Infantry and taking down heavy support. Heavy Support 2: Hammerhead Gun Ship Rail Gun, SMS, Multi-Tracker, Disruption Pod, Target Lock Total: 180 Anti Mass Infantry and taking down heavy support. Heavy Support 3: XV88 Broadside Battlesuit (2+2) Advanced Stabilization System, Team Leader, Bonding Knife, HW Drone Controller, 2 Shield Drones Total: 195 When the big tank I'm shooting at absolutely has to go down. Army Total: 1495

Thanks

um, unnecessarily harsh here I think! Its not a bad list and seems quite versatile to me.
Stim injector is always useful for when you are confronted by lots of small arms fire, or attacked in CC by a foe without Powerweapons/Rending etc. The Flamers on the suits are obviously there to keep points down and provide extra close range fire. However, I would be tempted to replace them with BS filters - a point cheaper and could keep those MP's Firing in the event of night fighting (your Fire Warriors and HH's (submunition) should provide plenty of anti light infantry). Your Fire Warriors are a bit static, and I would be tempted to drop one set of the suits and get your self at least 1 DF transport (can really help with objective scoring) - also you might want to consider spending the left over points on another troops choice, maybe drop your FW teams down to 10 men and invest in another unit of 10 - or even some Kroot (Here I am biased, I love the Kroot - in an unusual and degenerate way!), with cover saves and OF they have become even more useful - and could provide you with a bit of CC/countercharge action. Your Hammerheads are set up well, not sure you really need the Target Lock - but that depends what role you have in mind for them on the battlefield - its sometimes worth spreading the pain. With the new LOS rules it may be worth dropping the SMS and going with the standard burst cannons, 2 more shots per turn (same Strength) and half the Pt's cost. If you dropped both SMS and TL your HH's would be a respectable 165 Pt's. Seems to me it would be a good list to play against "Nidzilla" or a Tank heavy army - the main things I would be tempted to change are squeezing in another Troops Choice, and making them a little more mobile. Good Luck with it
