Default Fury configuration

This is my army list which I based in the Fury Mobile Infantry assault configuration in the Codex. I haven't played a lot with it yet so I was wondering if I could have any advise. It was at first designed to be able to fight against any army, but due to the fact I haven't played against every army maybe this is wishfull thinking. Should I modify it in any way, such as replace troops, get rid of options, etc. Any advice is welcome, just assume it is for a tournament. I don't mind if you turn it inside out, so go ahead .
Do your worst.

HQ
Change the CIB to a PR. Stronger and better AP.

Elites
1. Good but maybe give them a Team Leader.
2. Change the Shas'vre into a Team Leader and change the FB into a BC.

Troops
Looks good but have 2 Pulse Rifle squads and put the Pulse Carbines into one squad. You can't actually have just 1 EMP grenade, the whole squad must take them.
Kroot look good.

Fast Attack
Nice but perhaps have a Strain Leader with the Vespids.

Heavy Support
ILLEGAL!
You've got 4 HS choices. You're only aloud 3. I suggest dumping 1 of the Sniper Teams.
Broadsides look good.
HH's fine.

Altogether it's a very good army but would be better with these upgrades. I hope this has helped you.

HQ

Drop the guards into an independent elite squad

Elite

Strain Leader, keeps you from running after two casualties.

Heavy Support
LEGAL
Nothing wrong with it

Drop the fusion on the stealth, lower to team leader

Troops

Legal as the Shas'ui has the EMP. But their roll is unclear, they're a static squad with pinning potential yet an EMP Grenade. Only useful if a walker comes into melee, as they lose fire from the movement to get at a vehicle.
Might want to consider dropping a squad to add a devilfishes.
Kroot could benefit from hounds if they're used to infiltrate.

Fast Attack

HQ: Good.
CiB is good at short range, and has the whole variable AP thing going on.

Elites: Firestorm XV 8's. Hmm, odd choice, but good for the Dakka I suppose.
Drop the drones on the stealths, and the fusion too. Stealths are meant for pulse dakka and small unit size. Drones also force mixed armour rules. If you want any drones with your stealths, at least take marker drones to make it worth it.

Troops: I'd go with 3 x 8 man rifle squads, 2 x 6 man carbine squads and a block of 20 Kroot. (@shasuistavo: A Shas'ui can take an EMP grenade as a piece of wargear.) You don't really need the frisbees. Or if you want to keep them, put them in the Carbine squads suggested above.

Fast Attack: Maybe trade a Piranha to make the Devilfish in to a full Warfish.
Also, Vespid have to have a strain leader. (1 Strain leader plus 3-10 Stingwings. )

Heavy Support: It's good. Maybe go for an Ionhead, as the 'sides should cover all your anti-tank needs.
(@shasuistavo: 1-3 Sniper Drones teams make a single heavy support choice.)

That's my input/suggestions.
It looks like a pretty good Mobile Infantry list from what I can see.

What do you mean by that it should be in the tau army lists, it is.

Why isn't there anything wrong with there being 4 HS. It isn't Apocalypse so it is ILLEGAL actually.

And your post is messed because Vespids aren't elites and Stealth Suits aren't Heavy support.

I though it had to be 3 Teams so I'm sorry about that. But when I posted the topic was in the army lists and you posted after me so how could it be somewhere else?

Ok, to avoid confusion I added the strain leader on (It was there before as it is obligatory to take it, but I assumed people would understand... I was wrong, I suppose ). I also would like to clarify that it is in the rules that sniper drone teams can be taken up to 3 seperate teams in unit terms but they count as one heavy slot choice (this can only be done once per army). So it is legal, read your codex's if you don't beleive me.

Apart from that...thanks for the feed back it has been really helpfull (seriously). Keep up the good work.
