Ok, there is a 500 point combat patrol list coming up at a near by store in a month and I have been tossing around some ideas for a list.
I designed the army to be a "come all" style because I don't know what the meta game at the store is because I just moved to the area.
The Crisis suits are for cheap accurate high strength shots. The Fire warriors and Kroot are to deal with any swarms by spraying and praying while the Sniper drones are to provide accurate shots to any armored infantry that might shrug off the shots and to provide the random marker light for the Firewarrior squad.

Also in the information packet it says that I will have to provide a Cityfight Stratagem, but what stratagem would you recommend for this army? Also for completions sake,

Depending on weather or not you want to change this army list, I would say you should go for Plunging fire stratagem. this way you can put your Sniper Drones in high levels of the buildings to snipe things away, same with Fire Warriors. And with a longer range than most basic infantry and most weapons in general these should suffice for taking out whatever comes your way. the Fire Warriors will also be able to do well in this role, and with infiltrating Kroot you'll be able to do a lot of first turn damage.
