Okay first off, Tau DO NOT do well with a bunch of shiny toys. the more killy death the better. So lets look at this list...

oh, and give vespids markerlight priority. They need it. Oh, and teh shas'ui needs a HW TLQuote:
all our vehicles need to be equipped with one. Lose teh disruption pod if you have to, but otherwise a good tank. The broadsides need a bit of work. Give them all teh advanced stabilization system. the move is better then BS4. You have pathfinders for that. split them into a team of one and a team of two. More versatile. You could even give the lomne guy the targeting array. just make sure he can see teh opponentQuote:
Cheers! P.S. DO NOT EVER stick points costs of individual models in army lists. It canget you banned. squad points are fine, but not model costs.

Here's my new army list, incorporating your suggestions. I'd appreciate advice on what to use the remaining points for.

Also rediculously hard to kill. Bodyguard: For taking out vehicles)
Elite 1: (Crisis Team, 1 Shas'vre and 2 Shas'ui) (Each suit is equipped with a Plasma Rifle, Missile Pod, and Targeting array. It's a much better list. However, the command squad doesn't need drones, or shield drones if you must have them. Remember the jack of all trades, amster of none thing. having a marker drone makes them useless. I'd personally drop them. and lose one of the target locks. You only need one to shoot in two different directions. the crisis suits are okay, i just hate fireknives, but if you like em, keep em. Just don't expect to much out of them. and I still don't see the point of the TAs on the stealths. I just don't. Use markerlights well, and you save 60 points. Troops are fine, as are fast attack. the broadsides are okay, but you don't need all the extra stuff. two shas'ui is great with the A.S.S. since you have two squads. With the spare points, get two extra fire warrior teams.
Fire Warrior Team (135) -shas'ui with bonding knife -shas'la x11 that's all. then you have seven points. Overall, much better list, but it works, with skill. oh, and check out my JSJ article http://forums.tauonline.org/index.php?topic=14978.0 it helps for moving crisis suits about and such.
