With the 39pts you could get all of your FW's bonded or maybe switch your fusion blaster on your crisis for a missile pod (I am kind of biased I just love that configuration) or you could bond your Stealth suits.

Bonding has never been of use to me.

Missile Pods and Fusion Balsters cost the same now.

Fusion Blasters ruin MEQs and I play againts Marines alot (like everyone else)

Why not just add 3 more firewarriors. I'm pretty sure that you can do that, unless you're like me and are obsessed with uniformity. That one unit would drive me crazy.

Take SMS on your Hammerheads, target locks and if you can squeeze 10pts more take disruption pod. The tanks are then Über as they can be made...

Yeah >>; I'm not EXACTLY sure how much this costs (haven't gotten a good read of the new codex yet) but it seems to me that you could, for +15 points, (assuming you haven't upgraded these to shas'vre already) hard-wire the MT and then probably you could afford at least one targetting array on your suits, thus increasing their efficiency drastically. You could even cut out a FW or two and do it twice.

I agree with Vega62a, hard-wire your MTs on both Monat Crisis suits, give them both Team Leader status and Targeting Arrays. It'll cost 15pts each and that almost fills your extra 39.
